How time fly's! Already the first day of the third month of a new year. Chapter 3 of 12. The days are flying by, but there's still plenty of time in 2016 for us to get it right...

Take a look at your goals (Yep, the ones you haven't completed or even touched over the first two months of this year.) and plan out the big things you can do this month with your body, diet, work, business ideals, finances and relationships. Break each week down and have at least three big things for each week you must get done! It is also a great time to set up your playlist of songs and videos that motivate you, get you fired up and excited to get out of bed and make big things happen!

Keep reading below for a few reasons why goal setting is important...


  • Goals are what take us forward in life. They are the first steps to every journey we take and are also our last.
  • Goals give us focus. Without a goal in mind, things can become pointless and you will find yourself wasting energy and effort.
  • Goals allow us to measure progress because there will always be a fixed endpoint to compare with.
  • Goals help us to set mental boundaries and keep us away from certain distractions therefore keeping us focus only on our goals. If you haven't guessed this already, "THIS IS HOW YOU BECOME SUCCESSFUL!"
  • Goals make us accountable to finish the task by overcoming procrastination and laziness.
  • Goals are the root of any motivation or inspiration that we have ever felt in life. Setting goals, gives us something to aim for and get excited about. This is called focus and focus develops motivation.

Setting goals is a fundamental component to long-term success...  How can we get where we are trying to go if it isn't clearly defined where we are going???  Research has proven that goals do indeed enhance our performance in business, by helping us stay focus; allocate our time and resources efficiently; as well as motivate us when we feel like giving up. Once we have acheive our goals, we have feelings of success which in turns spurs even more productivity and confidence.

Have an amazingly powerful and successful month and if you set it up right, you will be halfway there! Oh and one more thing... Set your alarm for before 5AM!
