Out Patient Surgery

Sabriya had to have the 4 pins removed from her hip that was put there during her surgery back in August 2012... I was a little surprised when Dr. Karlen told us at her last checkup that he wanted to remove them, for some reason I thought that they would be in there for a long time if not forever.  But he said that he wanted to remove them to prevent any possible issues that she could have being she is so active. Big sister Shamesha and RJ join us for the duration of the procedure, such an awesome Big Sister!  Just like during her surgery and recovery, she was a trooper, this girl is truly amazing and fills me with so much pride and joy.
