End of the Season

Congratulations to GCCS' girls' basketball team for a great performance in the playoffs. Thank you Sabriya for a great season, we have loved watching you play and are amazed at how much you have learned. Can't wait for next year. XOXOXO Mommy!


Coach Timmer and 3 of his 4 Smith Girls! For those of you who don't live near us, Timmer has coached Shamara, Shamesha and Shanel through their high school years as VCHS basketball players. I'm not sure if it is him or us who just couldn't wait for Bri to get to VC so he has been coaching her for a couple of years now on their club basketball team. We LOVE & Appreciate all you DO Coach Timmer!

This is an perfect example of what true love is - you see the different jerseys the other two girls have on? These were two of the players from the other team that Sabriya's team lost to by 1 point today in the basketball playoffs, elimating them from the tournament. DO I NEED TO SAY MORE?

And what is a game without family there for support? I know Sabriya truely appreciates each of you taking out time to come and watch her play.  She even injured her finger during the game just so you could have a little more excitement -and YES she kept on playing...
