Mark and Shannon did a fabulous job on our Easter Brunch - the pictures, although they look very appetizing, does not do justice to how good this meal was.  Today I am wishing for those left overs...

MiMi
Have I ever mentioned how much I LOVE being a grandmother aka MiMi. I love these two little guys and am waiting with great anticipation and excitement for our 3rd little grandbaby.  Just one little visit or any amount of time spent with them - it is inevitable & like magic - brightens my world. They are alot of entertainment. Now that I am older and wiser I appreciate so many more things about our grandchildren that I may have missed with our own children. We get to have fun with them and the parents do the hard stuff.  The old Welsh Proverb says it best, "Perfect love sometimes does not come until the first grandchild."

It is also fun to be a grandparent and watch our own children become parents. It amazes me sometimes to watch the circle of life and to see our children parent and see the ways they choose to parent.
